Here’s your chance to pick up a rather rare bayonet which is certainly not often seen. Here we have a clamshell model Police dress bayonet. The blade is like a mirror, retains the original tip, and has not been sharpened. Unmarked blade. Metal scabbard. Complete with the original knot and leather frog. One of the rivet heads on the frog has been lost to time and from the verdigris which has formed over the years it most likely happened from period use. Leather frog is maker marked and 1941 dated.
