Here’s your chance to pick up a beautiful example of a NSKK dagger. This example is marked on the reverse of the blade for Wilhelm Kober & Co. Blade is in great condition overall with almost zero spotting. Unfortunately lightly sharpened on the edge, but easy to overlook. Scabbard retains most the period paint. Minimal oxidation to the nickel cross guards. Reverse crossguard is gruppe marked Th for Thürigen. Great wood grain to the grip. Overall a great example a rare maker of NSKK dagger. The National Socialist Motor Corps (German: Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps , NSKK) was a paramilitary organization of the Nazi Party (NSDAP) that officially existed from May 1931 to 1945. The NSKK served as a training organization, mainly instructing members in the operation and maintenance of high-performance motorcycles and automobiles. The NSKK was further used to transport NSDAP and SA officials/members. With the outbreak of World War II NSKK ranks were recruited to serve in the transport corps of various German military branches.
