The leather is still nice, soft, and supple and is ready for your display. 2 piece aluminum heer buckle in nice used condition which is OLC marked on the reverse. Measures about 41 inches long by 1-3/4″ tall. This would pair well with a tunic of the period and generally speaking would look great on display with other period items! The Heer was the land forces component of the Wehrmacht, the regular German Armed Forces, from 1935 until it ceased to exist in 1945 and then formally dissolved in August 1946.
