Here we have a nice Japanese navy towel. Naval emblem on a linen style material. US inspection stamp in the bottom right corner. Complete with a typewriter typed paper note, giving provenance that the “flag” was taken off a dead Japanese soldier on the Roi and Namur islands in 1944. A great example.
