Reinforced edges with leather end with hooks for attachment to the fender pole. Measures roughly 9-1/8″ long. A nice used example! During the Nazi period, starting in 1934, all motorists’ organizations and clubs were replaced by “Der Deutsche Automobil-Club e.V.” (the German Car Club) which was closely associated with the National Socialist Motor Corps.
