Here is your chance to pick up a nice Krim shield. This one has a nice patina to it and is likely an issued example. Complete with the back plate and the wool backing. Would display great with other items from the period! The Krim, or Crimea Shield, was a decoration awarded to military personnel under the command of Generalfeldmarschall Erich von Manstein who fought against Soviet Red Army forces and captured the Crimea region between September 21, 1941 and July 4, 1942. The award was instituted on July 25, 1942. Overall, this is a beautiful and unused example that would make a perfect addition to any collection.
