There is also a SA Gruppe Hochland Edelweiss affixed to the size of the helmet as well. Clear dust ring which suggest both the edelweiss and the nickel silver eagle have been there always. Exterior leather is in good condition overall with light wear throughout. The interior remains in lightly used condition. Complete with neck guard with minor signs of wear from age as well as the chinstrap. Named on the interior ear flap and ink stamped on the inner lining. Displays exceptionally well. The NSKK was further used to transport NSDAP and SA officials/members. With the outbreak of World War II NSKK ranks were recruited to serve in the transport corps of various German military branches.
