A photo of Hans’s is also included showing him wearing the Infantry Assault Badge and the Silver Wound Badge. Iron cross suspension ring is marked ’55’ and silver wound badge reverse is marked ‘107’. 4 documents are included including his Infantry Assault Badge document and Iron Cross 2nd Class document. His last name is spelled differently on both documents, but both still mention the same regiment so this is likely a period typo.
